Phoebe Le Tocq is a London-based makeup artist, originally from Guernsey.

Having attained her BA (Hons) Makeup for Media and Performance at Arts University Bournemouth, she went on to study at the Glauca Rossi School of Makeup.

She is currently enjoying working in fashion and beauty.
